Students who obtain the degree of Bachelor of Applied Linguistics graduate as multilingual language professionals with a profound knowledge of linguistics and a concrete understanding of the way language functions in European society and beyond. As such, the programme opens the doors to a labour market in which multilingual professionals are in high demand, particularly when they can rely on a thorough insight into how (intercultural) communication works and how language and society feed into one another.
